If you do not know the order number, you are able to check it in your email inbox from the order confirmation message that the FTD team sent when your order was put. Another way to know the order number is by signing into your account and then access your order history. If then, you need additional help, you are able to contact a member of the FTD team. It is important for you to know that real time tracking is not available for delivering flowers during peak holiday weeks.

What will happen if the weather is severe? Will the order be delivered to the recipient? The delivery partners of FTD will contact the recipient to tell them that their gift is on the way. If the flowers cannot  be left in a safe location due to severe weather conditions, they may reschedule delivery.
